How do I know if my order has shipped?
Once you have completed an order, you will receive a confirmation number and/or receipt number. Processing generally takes anywhere from 24-72 hours. (Please note that during sale periods, processing may take longer.) Once your package has been picked up by a carrier, we’ll send you a tracking number via the email address used at checkout.
My order has been lost. What can I do?
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. A support specialist will gladly assist you in tracking down your order.
Where do your orders ship from?
Coffee Booster supplement orders are shipped from our fulfillment centers in Ottawa, Canada and Chicago, Illinois.
Whoops! I used an old address when I placed my order. What do I do now?
No problem, we all make mistakes! Shoot our support department an email at email@example.com. We'll help you figure this out right away.
I am ordering internationally. Will customs tax be due upon delivery?
Possibly. Our shipping charges cover shipping method only. Since regulations differ from country to country, there is a chance that you may be required to pay duties or custom fees. Please note: Coffee Booster is not responsible for any duties or custom fees imposed by the recipient's country.
How do I return an order?
Any returns must be made within 14 days of the date of delivery. All Coffee Booster supplements must be returned unopened in the original packaging to be considered for a refund.
If you would like to inquire about a return, please contact a support specialist at firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll send a prepaid return label sent to your email address. *Please note that return labels are for domestic orders only, and cannot be provided for international orders.
